Dr. Christopher Riddick is a distinguished DEIA advisor and educator with over a decade of experience in organizational transformation and strategic planning. He is a seasoned Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) leader who leverages his expertise to guide organizations in creating inclusive and equitable workplaces. An alumnus of the USC Rossier School of Education’s Doctor of Education program in Organizational Change and Leadership, Dr. Riddick is also an adjunct assistant professor, imparting his extensive knowledge of DEIA to doctoral students. His career spans roles at prominent firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Fannie Mae, and Deloitte Consulting, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive impactful change through strategic DEIA initiatives.
With a rich educational background that includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University Bloomington, Dr. Riddick brings a comprehensive understanding of public policy and higher education to his work.
